I cry FIE in defiance of the insidious HTML spatter that says I'm not devious enough to make a journal entry. I'd just like to say that I resemble that remark.

For those of you who are curious, those of you who wish to stalk me, or those of you who have nothing better to do, I will explain my screen name. It is a source of much debate. For the life of me, I can't understand why.

No, I do not think I am some sort of omnipotent lunar deity. Quite on the contrary, since I worship that very deity (which makes it very very difficult for stalkers). My screen name is a literal translation of my first and middle names, reversed (middlefirst). If you are clever enough to figure out what my names are, then I applaud you sir/madam. I also pity you because you have nothing better to do than unravel a blithering idiot's rambles. But there are people who make a lot of money doing that. So....

In any case, I really enjoy art and reading and writing, but I loathe arithmetic. That's why I do it every day to pay the bills. I read and write because my live-in muse (my devoted husband) is so damn good at inspiring me. Of course, this means that I think he's handsome and gorgeous and kind and generous and just about every synonymn of those words. The perfect hero, so to speak.

So, that's my first journal entry. Hope you like the prose I put out. People were picking on my critiques (BRAVO!! seriously) and said that I should put on some of my work to get some of my own back. Well, I was always a glutton for punishment. FIRE AWAY!!! ^_~
